A Transformative Initiative in Rithori Village, Greater Noida

On December 31, 2024, Pinkishe Foundation under its flagship project Laadli conducted a significant menstrual health education camp in Rithori Village, Greater Noida. This impactful initiative focused on raising awareness about sustainable menstrual practices while addressing the pressing needs of women and adolescent girls in the community.

Promoting Knowledge Through Interactive Discussions

The session highlighted essential topics surrounding menstrual health, aiming to dispel prevalent myths and taboos. Through interactive discussions, participants were educated on the importance of menstrual hygiene and the benefits of adopting eco-friendly practices. This knowledge not only empowered the attendees but also encouraged them to make informed choices for better health and well-being.

Supporting Sustainability with Reusable Cloth Pads

In line with the Foundation's mission to promote sustainable solutions, reusable cloth pads were distributed during the event. This initiative aimed to reduce waste while offering a cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to traditional menstrual products. Attendees were guided on proper usage and maintenance of these pads to ensure long-term benefits.
