On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, a significant event took place at Shipra Srishti Apartments in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The Pinkishe Foundation, under the "Project Kaagaz ke Pad," successfully distributed 200 packets of sanitary pads to the house helpers and cleaning staff working within the community. This distribution followed a first-come, first-served policy to ensure that everyone had a fair opportunity to receive the sanitary pads.
The primary aim of the distribution was to support the menstrual health and well-being of the house helpers and cleaning staff. Providing access to sanitary pads is crucial for maintaining hygiene and ensuring that these essential needs are met with dignity. This initiative underscored our commitment to the menstrual health and welfare of our community’s essential workers.
The successful execution of this initiative highlighted the community's dedication to enhancing the health and dignity of those who contribute significantly to its daily functioning. By participating in this initiative, residents supported the well-being of their staff members and reinforced the value of contributing to the overall welfare of their community.

Led by Shalini Gupta, this session aimed to empower Woxsen’s faculty and students with the knowledge and skills to advance menstrual health education and feminine hygiene awareness.

This was organized by Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) with the support of Pinkishe Foundation at Kanhaiya Nagar Slum on 1st September, 2024. The event, which hoped to provide knowledge on menstrual health and hygiene while creating awareness and access around feminine hygiene.

A total of 27 beneficiaries, aged 12-13 years, participated in this impactful session.
