Deepshikha Bhardwaj, a resident of Kolkata, has a master’s degree in Hindi Literature and has pursued graduation from Bachelor of Education. She has continuously educated people on women welfare issues through her passion, her excellence in story writing, poetry, or articles. Out of her interest in the education industry, she managed to teach in some schools but later on, owing to her revolutionary thoughts, she committed herself to social work. Deepshikha, an exceptionally dedicated woman, has been associated with Pinkishe Foundation since 2017 and has not looked back since then.

A promising woman with exceptional skills in writing, Taruna Pundir is a senior Hindi teacher with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is a mother of two wonderful girls. She did her masters in Hindi from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram college, Delhi and has post graduated with a diploma in Translational science from Hindi institute, Delhi and M.D.B from University of Rohtak. With a keen interest in writing since childhood, she won many accolades including 'Rajiv Gandhi National Young Poet Award' in 1993. Taruna has written and directed many plays for school festivals and competitions. She also has a special interest in street drama and poetry writing. Her articles and poems have been published in various magazines around the country. She has an interesting concern towards social work and feels delighted to be a part of Pinkishe and getting a chance to be of service towards the underprivileged.

As a menstrual educator, she dedicates herself to educating girls and women about menstrual health and hygiene in the backward areas of MP, particularly in the Sagar district. She is a crucial part of the NSS unit and the DADATI social activity club at SMIT. Animals hold a special place in her heart and she is fond of spending time with her dogs. This love for animals has driven her to be an active member of PFA, Sikkin and she works for the holistic progress of society.

Anupama Ghosh works as an operation manager at Genpact India Pvt Ltd. She is an MBA professional with experience of more than 10 years in industries such as Rural Development, Micro Finance and Services. She has an immense interest in literature and enjoys writing poetry, stories and memoir. Music and travelling helps her to proceed in the path of progression.
