The Pinkishe Foundation recently hosted a significant event through its PinkTalk initiative, a virtual platform dedicated to empowering women through open conversations. This episode, held on 26 July at 5:00 PM, centered on the "5Gs of Life,"providing attendees with valuable insights into living a more fulfilled and spiritually enriched life.
Sister BK Sunaina, a distinguished member of the Brahma Kumaris, shared her profound wisdom on these principles. Her insights offered a deep understanding of how to nurture our inner selves and enhance our interactions with others.
This enlightening gathering shed light on how the principles of Gratitude, Gentleness, Generosity, Greatness of Soul, and God's Connection can profoundly nurture our inner selves and elevate our interactions with others. This enlightening gathering illuminated how these principles can fundamentally transform our lives and enhance the quality of our relationships.
The evening was skillfully hosted by Anupama Ghosh, Associate Director of the Pinkishe Foundation. Her role was pivotal in guiding the event with both grace and insight. Her thoughtful facilitation and engaging presence not only enriched the discussions but also created an environment where attendees felt inspired and connected.

On August 24, 2024, a Menstrual Health and Hygiene Literacy Session was held at the Government Girls Inter College in Kathgodam, Haldwani, District Nainital, Uttarakhand. Organized by Upasana, the event aimed to educate young girls about the biological aspects of menstruation and provide them with essential menstrual hygiene products. A total of 27 beneficiaries, aged 12-13 years, participated in this impactful session.
