About the Job

Pinkishe Foundation is seeking experienced Project Coordinators who will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of our programs and initiatives. Each Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project activities in their allocated states or districts. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects, with a focus on coordination, documentation, and communication

Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure efficient execution.
    • Monitor project progress and report on milestones and challenges.
  2. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
    • Facilitate regular communication with project partners, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Prepare and distribute project status reports and updates.
  3. Resource Management:
    • Assist in resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
    • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Procure necessary resources in coordination with relevant teams.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
    • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress, outcomes, and budget utilization.
    • Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of project activities and deliverables.
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project impact.
    • Implement improvements based on feedback and findings.
  6. Team Support:
    • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate their work and ensure they have the necessary resources.
    • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project calendars.

Who Can Apply

Candidates having:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-4 years) in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in the NGO sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent command over MS Office/Google Suite
