Pinkishe Foundation is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for the full design process, from understanding project requirements to creating compelling visual content that aligns with our mission. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s visual identity through impactful graphics that engage our audience and effectively communicate our message. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for producing high-quality designs that inspire and inform.

1. Design Creation and Development:
   • Create high-quality, visually appealing designs based on project requirements and briefs.
   • Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging graphics that align with the brand identity.
2. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with the team to understand design requirements and expectations.
   • Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Design Consistency and Brand Alignment:
   • Maintain a cohesive design style across all projects and deliverables and ensure all designs are consistent with Pinkishe Foundation’s visual identity.

Candidates having:

• Proven experience in graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic design work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
• A strong eye for aesthetics, colour, and detail.
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.
• A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
