A Transformational Menstrual Health Initiative Begins

Pinkishe Foundation proudly announces the launch of Project Laadli, a landmark initiative focused on promoting sustainable menstrual health practices among underserved communities across Delhi NCR and Uttar Pradesh. This powerful new program aims to reach 4,200 women and adolescent girls, equipping them with the resources, tools, and education to manage their menstrual health with dignity and long-term sustainability.

Introducing Reusable Sanitary Pads for Lasting Impact

At the core of Project Laadli is the introduction of reusable cloth sanitary pads—a safer, more eco-conscious alternative to conventional disposable options. These pads offer durability, hygiene, and comfort, while also drastically reducing the environmental footprint caused by single-use products. Through this intervention, Pinkishe Foundation is advancing menstrual equity with a strong focus on environmental responsibility.

Strengthening Grassroots Reach Through Community Engagement

Project Laadli is designed to deeply engage with women and girls at the grassroots level, ensuring that the intervention is both context-sensitive and culturally relevant. Implemented through structured field outreach and collaboration with local stakeholders, the program will ensure timely and equitable access to menstrual health support for those who need it the most.

Empowering Women Through Education and Choice

Beyond product distribution, the project integrates menstrual health awareness sessions that focus on education, personal hygiene, and agency. Each participant is equipped not only with physical resources but also with the knowledge to make informed, confident decisions about their menstrual health—paving the way for self-reliance and long-term behavioural change.

Driving Scalable Menstrual Sustainability in Underserved communities in India

By targeting underserved communities, Project Laadli addresses an urgent need for sustainable menstrual solutions at scale. With its structured rollout across two densely populated regions, the initiative reinforces Pinkishe Foundation’s vision to make sustainable menstrual care mainstream, accessible, and empowering.

Advancing Our Mission with Scalable, Purpose-Led Impact

The launch of Project Laadli marks another pivotal step in our journey toward menstrual dignity for all. With a strategy rooted in sustainability, access, and education, this milestone reflects our growing capacity to implement high-impact, community-driven menstrual health programs that are scalable, measurable, and deeply transformative.
